Raith Rovers Launch Monthly Food Collection for Kirkcaldy Foodbank

We are thrilled to share that Raith Rovers are once again stepping up to support Kirkcaldy Foodbank with a food collection at their home game this Saturday, 16th November. Fans attending the match are encouraged to bring along non-perishable tinned food items to donate, such as: tinned meat and fish, tinned vegetables, tinned tinned soups, tinned chilli, curry or pasta, tinned beans/spagetti, tinned custard, rice pudding or desserts.

This initiative marks the beginning of a monthly, targeted collection where fans can contribute to the foodbank's essential work by donating food at their matches.

Raith Rovers have a strong history of supporting Kirkcaldy Foodbank, having hosted several successful collections in the past, and their commitment to our cause is truly appreciated.

In addition to this Saturday’s collection, Raith Rovers will also host Kirkcaldy Foodbank for a fundraising pub quiz on 23rd November, further demonstrating their dedication to tackling food insecurity in our community.

We are so grateful for the incredible generosity of Raith Rovers and their fans. Your contributions make a real difference in ensuring no one in the Kirkcaldy area goes hungry.

Let’s make this Saturday a win both on and off the pitch! See you at the game, and don’t forget to bring your tins. 💙

No-one should go hungry.

Together we can end hunger.
